Resource sharing among multiple Web services, Part 2: Incorporating a reusable FactoryService

The Web Services Resource Framework (WSRF) defines a system for creating and accessing stateful resources from Web services. In this two-part "Resource sharing among multiple Web services" series, sample implementations demonstrate how to share resources among Web services. WS Core, the Globus Toolkit implementation of WSRF, is used to develop the example. The example employs a user account as a resource. You will develop two Web services to modify two properties of the account: the user name and address. Here in Part 2, a reusable FactoryService allows you to share same resource instance, rather than produce multiple copies, as in Part 1. built & maintained by Ashok Argent-Katwala.
